men’s, lady’s and kid’s fashions.
Licensed garment producers of renowned clothing
labels are always claiming a maximum quality level for their fabric. AL.NISRAIN
follows their exact technical specifications covering construction, composition,
design, colour, and finishing processes, very precisely reaching a 100%
equivalent product to the Original copy.As from the beginning, the fabric
pattern is created by our in-house designing department, which is furnished
with the most sophisticated CAD Designing System for creative designing.
Furthermore, the company is well informed on up-to-minute fashion trends,
latest color forecast and latest fashion news through collaboration with
a renowned Italian fashion house.
As a second stage, fabric pattern &
parameters are transferred into a computerized weaving loom to proceed
to fabric weaving.
Later on, the woven fabric is handled, finished
in various ways such as scouring, enzyme washing, bleaching, dyeing, printing,
calendaring, mercerizing, sanforizing, emerizing, water-proofing, raising,
singeing,…etc. depending on the intended end-use.
Company regular production includes differentiated
range of fabrics to respond to market requirements, in yarn-dyed, piece
–dyed and dobby.
Gray (Loomstate) Fabrics:
Typically, we follow the technical specifications of the customers
and work according to their own parameters. Fabric materials are normally
100% Cotton, 100% Poly, Poly/Cot or Poly/Vis.

Shirting:
The fabrics produced mainly address men’s dress & casual
shirting sectors. Shirting fabric holds almost 50% of our total
fabric output due to growing market acceptance for Cotton and Cotton
mixed fabrics & the ready-made shirts. Shirting fabrics are
made out of 100% Combed Cotton Yarn, Poly/Cot, Poly/Vis or Poly/Cot/Vis.
Newly Elastic fibers are being used in small amounts to give Shirting
a desirable Elasticity.

Pant’s
Fabrics:
We offer such a wide range of gabardine, plain, twill, sateen fabrics
in combed and carded Cotton or Poly/Cot mixed. In addition to this,
Elastic Lycra could be used to give fabrics a stretch handle. Colours
are sourced from up-to-date Pantone® publications or as per
as client’s own swatches.

Kid’s
Fabrics:
We understands that the key factors to produce creative children
outwear fabrics is keeping in tune with the latest fashion trends
and season forecasts. Thanks to this view, the company is offering
fashionable fabrics used for Shirts, Skirts, Shorts, Jackets, Vests,
Pants and Dresses.

Lady’s
Fabrics:
Fabrics for lady’s clothes are more sophisticated more than
any type of fabrics because it requires a spirit for creativity
and innovation and differentiated finishing processes. A wide variety
of yarns are used to produce fabrics for lady’s fashion ranging
from Cotton, Viscose, Polyester, Nylon and Acrylic, to fancy yarns
such as elastic Lycra®, metallic Lurex®, Boucle, Crepe and
Chenille.

Linings:
The light weight fabrics usually made of man-made fibers or Poly/Cot,
Poly/Vis mixed, presented in large variety of shades, and came up
in various weaves covering the manifold uses of linings in today’s
garment industry.
